| This nearly new 1,450 sq ft three bedroom cottage is located on a small bay 15 minutes from downtown Parry Sound. The panoramic view is stunning from either the main living area or the large deck. Complete with four Muskoka chairs, a sun lounger and stainless steel BBQ, the deck is perfect for entertaining, relaxing or working on your tan.
The open concept kitchen, dining room and living area boasts a cathedral ceiling. Large windows look out to the stunning view of the lake. The fully stocked kitchen includes dishes, pots & pans, cutlery, coffeemaker, waffle maker, expresso maker and lots of wine glasses. The water is filtered in a two-step process; for sediment and then processed by ultra violet light makes it clean and safe. A new stove, side-by-side fridge with icemaker, microwave and dishwasher allow for less time in the kitchen & more time outdoors. The dining area contains a large table, eight chairs and a hutch. The living area easily seats six with a sofa, two wing chairs and a leather recliner. Enjoy a cozy fire in the wood stove while watching the satellite TV, DVD’s or listening to the stereo – this entertainment centre will not disappoint. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a wall mounted flat screen television with satellite tv and built in DVD player. The master bedroom also has a private 4-piece ensuite including double sinks, toilet and separate shower. There are two other guest bedrooms; a larger one containing a queen size bed and a single size day bed, and a smaller one with a double bed. Both bedrooms share a 3-piece bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. A separate laundry room features new stackable washer & dryer and another full size fridge. A screened-in porch is accessed through sliding glass doors off the living area and provides easy access to the large main deck. Stairs from the main deck will quickly lead you past the fire pit to the dock and beautiful waterfront. Two additional muskoka chairs, floating dock, swim ladder and dockside electrical power for radio or IPod player provides all you need for a perfect dock day. This cottage, located in the well known 30,000 Island area of Georgian Bay is a wonderful choice for your summer vacation. |
| The cottage is available from June 30th to September 1st inclusive. Rented by the week.
Deposit of 50% with application, balance due 3 weeks prior to occupancy. Damage deposit $600.00 required with 2nd installment. Propane tank filled upon departure. Check in Saturdays 2:00 p.m. & check out Saturdays 11:00 a.m. |
