| This brand new five bedroom cottage on idyllic Purple Bay has much to offer. Every room has a double door with a view leading onto a large upper and lower wrap-around deck. The deck is complete with Muskoka chairs and provides a scenic location to tan in the afternoon. The cathedral ceilings and large windows bring in beauty from the outside, and provide an excellent view of the lake from any location - whether preparing a meal, watching Satellite TV or playing pool. There is a covered Muskoka Room off the kitchen, so even on sunny or rainy days you can enjoy the fresh air of the outdoors. The master bedroom is located on the main floor. From the bedroom you can walk right out to the deck. The master bedroom also has a large ensuite with antique tub and separate shower. The remaining bedrooms are on the lower walkout level and each has a double French door to the deck, which leads to a walkway by the water's edge. There is also a rec-room on this level with two sofas and an entertainment unit. The large European style kitchen provides lots of room for everyone. As well, there is a spiral staircase to each level (not suitable for young children) and the loft area has a pool table.
In July, there is a raspberry festival, as well as a weekly farmers market in the nearby town. The cottage is located just a few minutes drive away from a shopping plaza, which includes a bait & tackle shop. We highly recommend Luigi’s pizza parlour, which is located on the same plaza and makes an absolutely fantastic pie. The town is so picturesque that it definitely merits a visit. This cottage, and the surrounding region, are truly charming! |

We have a special weekend rate as well, please contact us for details. Also, we offer the keys to our fishing boat for $100/wk. Please fill the gas tank before leaving. |
